CURIOSIDADES SOBRE SLIPKNOT

No CD "Slipknot" a banda usou quatro diferentes cores de macacões: vermelho, preto, azul e branco. Na manga direita da roupa tem o número do integrante, do lado esquerdo o tribal da banda em forma de “S”. Do lado esquerdo do peito tem um pequeno código de barras e nas costas tem um enorme. Se você prestar atenção, verá que o número do código de barras é o nome da primeira música do álbum "Slipknot". A idéia do código de barras foi tirada do primeiro álbum, M.F.K.R. Repare que o código de barras do álbum é o mesmo que está nos macacões da banda e também é mesmo do nome da primeira música do álbum "Slipknot". Todas as máscaras foram feitas por eles mesmos. Os dreads da máscara de Corey foram feitos com seu próprio cabelo. A letra "you can’t see California without Marlon Brando’s eyes" "você não consegue enxergar a Califórnia sem os olhos de Marlon Brando " da música Eyeless, foi, na verdade, idéia de um sem teto que Joey e Shawn conheceram quando foram visitar pela primeira vez o escritório da Roadrunner em Nova York. O sem teto ficava berrando a frase pelas ruas de NY sem parar. Antes de entrar na banda, o vocalista Corey Taylor trabalhava num sex shop no centro de Des Moines. Acredite se puder: o percussionista Chris afirma ter visto O.V.N.I.s em Indigo Ranch. -"Eles estavam lá!" O nariz da máscara de Chris tem aproximadamente 30 centímetros!!! Foi o que ele disse para a revista Kerrang! O vídeo de "Spit it out" se baseou no filme "O Iluminado".
